Exercise Advice From Physicians
A survey of primary care physicians in the US showed that only 38% of family practitioners and 48% of internists advised more than 60% of their patients about the benefits of aerobic exercise.   Fitness Tools

In our FITNESS TOOLS section, we provide various fitness calculators that help you assess your current level of fitness, and monitor it as you progress with your exercise program.

BMI Calculator: Your BMI (body mass index) is derived by comparing your height and your weight. Despite a few limitations, research shows that, as BMI values increase, so do health problems and healthcare costs.

Exercise Calorie Converter: Our Exercise Calorie Converter allows you to not only determine the calories in specific menu items from popular chain restaurants, but, also, to quickly translate that value into how long you need to exercise to burn off an equivalent number of calories.
