Determining Your Foot Anatomy

An easy way to determine whether you are a pronator or a supinator or somewhere in between is to simply moisten the bottom of your bare foot and then stand on a flattened brown paper bag. The resulting silhouette will tell you the answer.

These inserts come in a variety of colors. In fact, SOLE can make them using your own custom image!

This is a custom shoe insert. They are designed in collaboration with Ultramarathon Man Dean Karnazes. The base layer is moldable EVA. You can either heat them in an oven to form them to your foot anatomy, or, simply wear them for a few days. The middle layer is 1.6mm of Softec cushioning. The moisture-wicking top layer is made from 35% recycled content.
