Determining Your Foot Anatomy

An easy way to determine whether you are a pronator or a supinator or somewhere in between is to simply moisten the bottom of your bare foot and then stand on a flattened brown paper bag. The resulting silhouette will tell you the answer.

Soak it with water, wring it out, and wrap it around your neck or over your head. The fabric holds more water than non-technical fabrics, thus, allowing it to evaporate over a longer period of time. In August 2013, Consumer Reports compared Chill-Its Cooling Towel to Mission's EnduraCool Cooling Towel: the Chill-Its towel held about twice the water and was effective longer.
