High Intensity Exercise
Research shows that short bursts of exercise (ie., 30-60 seconds), if performed at a relatively high intensity, can provide even better cardiovascular benefits than sustained exercise at moderate intensity.

All of the information is thoroughly researched and free of commercial sponsorship. Consumers, weekend warriors, and athletes can use these resources to develop their fitness and training programs and feel confident that the content on this web site is not only accurate and supported by science, but the best available anywhere.

Also, since we are opposed to the use of performance-enhancing substances in competitive sports, at no time will we endorse, promote, advertise, or sell these products.
